After much consideration and communication with the Agency Principals that use Online Agent Landlord and Supplier portal, we have made the decision to retire the product effective as of 1 June 2017.
This decision was not made lightly.
We have been monitoring this product very closely and it has been experiencing increasing technical issues in recent months. Our attempts to resolve these issues are constrained by the age of the product and the technology originally used to create it.
With this product no longer available, email would be the recommended alternative for communicating with your Property Manager, and we encourage you to get in contact with them directly to establish a new communication channel for receiving the information that you normally would access via the portal.
We are well underway developing new apps and platforms that will enable Console Property Managers to better engage with you. These new solutions will be announced to the market in the coming months, so stay tuned.
